The proposed signal coordination improvements will affect 4.1 miles of US-30 from the intersection with Kenneth Road to the intersection with North Hills Road. MPMS #114564 - The project consists of proposed countermeasures 8" signal heads be replaced with 12" signal heads, backplates with reflectorized strips be added to all signal heads, and pedestrian countdown signals and ADA compliant pedestrian pushbuttons be installed in York County along SR 3054 (Richland Ave), SR 462 (Market St), SR 3036 (S. George St), SR 3065 ( N. George St, SR 30 (Arsenal Rd), and SR 181 (N.
