**As of January 10, 2022, the owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. Bids for the RFP selection process are due on January 26, 2022 @ 9AM. Final selection for the project will be made on February 15, 2022. Owner anticipates starting the project in February or March, but the completion date has not been established yet.    The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the City, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action.
