The request for proposal, Specifications, and other related forms will be available without charge and may be secured by prospective proposers online at website. Please direct all questions to the District's Purchasing Department, at purchasing@hbuhsd.edu. Note that questions and clarifications will be answered via written, published addendum only. Written Proposals shall be mailed via U.S. mail, or by delivery to: 5832 Bolsa Ave., Huntington Beach, CA 92649. Proposals not received in the Purchasing Department by the above specified date and time will be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened. It is the responsibility of the proposer to confirm that the proposal submitted is responsive, and is received in proper time at the address noted above. Proposals will not be read at the time of opening, but proposal tabulations will be available upon request at a reasonable time following their completion. The Huntington Beach Union High School District shall make the sole determination of the quality of the items offered, or offered as a substitute, and the District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject anyone or more items of a bid or to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
