The Board of County Commissioners, Highlands County, Florida hereby gives notice that it intends to secure an annual bid for pavement markings. One or more County Commissioners may be in attendance at meetings. The Boards Local Preference Policy ( Local Preference Policy ) and Women/Minority Business Enterprise Preference Policy (W/MBE) will apply to the award of this ITB.
