Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sessom Drainage and Street Improvements Scope of Project: Includes construction of drainage and intersection improvements, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, storm sewer system, signalization, signing and pavement markings and water and wastewater line relocation along Sessom Dr. and Academy Street between Holland St. and LBJ. Dr. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Award is scheduled for the March 1, 2022, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to the construction of drainage and intersection improvements, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, storm sewer system, signalization, signing and pavement markings and water and wastewater line relocation along Sessom Dr. and Academy St. between Holland St. and LBJ Dr. The estimated construction cost is $6,531,373.
