Award is scheduled for the March 1, 2022, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at rshelton@sanmarcostx.gov. Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to the construction of drainage and intersection improvements, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, storm sewer system, signalization, signing and pavement markings and water and wastewater line relocation along Sessom Dr. and Academy St. between Holland St. and LBJ Dr. The estimated construction cost is $6,531,373.
