Renovation of a water / sewer project in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 39,501-square-foot water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement and upgrade of the existing storm drainage conveyance systems along both sides of Honaker Avenue. Demolition and replacement of existing residential concrete driveway aprons, and utility adjustments are also included. TOTAL PROJECT AREA: 39,501 SQ. FT. The Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total bid. Submit specific warranties, workmanship/maintenance bonds, maintenance agreements, final certifications and similar documents. Work to be Completed in: 270 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $250.00 per day
