Middle Georgia State University (hereafter "MGA"), A Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor and Design-Build services for construction management for Student Housing currently on three Campuses of Middle Georgia State University located in Macon, Cochran, and Eastman. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. The successful Task Order Contractor(s) may be offered a contract for Task Order Contractor Services, which may be valid for a term of one year. Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may extend this contract for an additional one-year period, up to a maximum of four years. No actual work may be contracted between the Task Order Contractor and MGA unless a projectspecific Task Order Agreement is issued by MGA and mutually agreed and executed. . Questions relating to the RFQ may be asked at the mandatory pre-submittal conference.
