As of October 3, 2023, a design team has been selected. The County of Greenville, South Carolina is seeking proposals from firms to provide Professional Services for multiple site improvement projects, needed at the Pavilion Recreation Complex, located at 400 Scottswood Road, Taylors, SC 29687. The requirements for completing the project are as follows:Provide Construction Drawings for four (4) distinct sites, located at the Pavilion Recreation Complex .Provide permitting services for each project through Greenville County Land Development and SCDHEC.Provide Construction Administration Fees for project oversight assuming the construction will occur in phases, over the next two years.Meet with County staff to review the scope of each project (once the Notice to Proceed is issued), during development of the Construction Drawings, and before Final Drawings are complete.Complete and deliver Construction Drawings within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. All inquiries regarding this Request for Qualifications shall be submitted via the County's online procurement Portal.Inquiries no later than Wednesday, December 8, 2021, 5:00 pm EDT. Issue Notice to Proceed: January 21, 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
