Upgrade the existing air handling unit (AHU 91-9) serving the weight room and multi-use room, providing air conditioning to increase the thermal comfort of these spaces. o Replace the existing air handling unit (AHU 69-S3) - this unit has exceeded its estimated useful life. o Replace the roof in Area B over the Weight Room and Area F2 over the Fine Arts Area.
