Site work for a civil project in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project involves installation of approximately 685 LF of 4-inch DI pipe to replace private services installed in an existing private road and utility easement. The project includes installation of a temporary 2-inch HDPE above ground waterline in order to provide water service during installation of the permanent 4-inch water main. All seven water services will be relocated from Holmes Point Drive NE to within the easement limits along the private road. This project also includes installation of one blowoff assembly, one 4-inch gate valve, abandoning in place seven existing water services on Holmes Point Drive NE, reconstruction of the existing private road, a full width overlay of Holmes Point Drive, and landscape and surface restoration as necessary to restore the site to existing conditions. The engineers construction cost estimate is $349,000.00
