Saving Project...

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Oakdale, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

A Bid Bond or certified check made payable to "West Sayville-Oak-dale Fire District" in the amount of at least ten (10%) percent of the base bid must accompany each bid. A full performance bond, together with payment bond & a main-tenance bond, shall be required of the successful bidder. Applications for Payment will be issued utilizing A.I.A. Forms G702 and G703. The contractor will provide a "Schedule of Val-ues" prior to the start of construction. A 5% retain-age will he held for each line item on the Schedule of Values. The retainage will be released upon com-pletion of the Punch List and the complete submis-sion of all project close-out documents as per Sec-tion 01770. Weekly job meetings Nql1 be held at the job site for the entire duration while contract work is in prog-ress. All prime contractors and all sub-contractors shall have representation at all Project Meetings. This entire project is to be scheduled to commence as soon as weather permits and materials are avail-able, and will be required to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from -the date of signing the contract. The Owner's operation shall not be dis-turbed unless completely coordinated with the Own-er and the Owner's Repre-sentative. *Please contact Architect to secure the bid docs*
