Site work for a mixed-use development in Terrace, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is located adjacent to Lakelse Avenue, between Apsley Street and the Skeena River Bridge. 1. Construction of a 3m multi-use pathway with asphalt surface from Apsley Street to the Skeena River Bridge. Works to include; a. removal of existing curb and sidewalk; b. new base gravels in preparation for curbing; c. new base gravels in preparation for paving. d. new sub-base gravels if required. 2. Road drainage improvements including piping, culverts, manholes, catch basins and storm lead installation. 3. Concrete sidewalk construction, excluding curbing. 4. Boulevard grading in preparation for landscaping. 5. Coordination with the City of Terrace's curbing contractor. 6. Other related works. 7. Asphalt paving will be completed by others.
