FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS (QUARTERLY) Contractor agrees to provide ALL parts, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to service, test, and repair, and maintain ALL existing fire alarm/Firefighter elevator recall systems, Primary & Secondary fire alarm monitoring systems that include electrical, heat, and smoke components and devices and software associated with the NOTIFIER panels, ONYX computer system, new Notifier system, and OLD Notifier-Honeywell, Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and fire alarm power supplies. Adhere to ALL National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) codes 72, 99, 25, 101. California Fire Code (CFC), (Title 24) and Ca Code of Regulations (Title-19) The term of this contract will be from January 1, 2022 (or when fully executed, whichever occurs later) through December 31, 2022
