Bidders are hereby advised that the Office of State Procurement (OSP) must receive bids at its physical location by the date and time specified on page one (1) of the Invitation to bid. The State of Louisiana reserves the right to revise this calendar. Revisions before the bid opening date and time, if any, will be formalized by the issuance of an addendum to this ITB.
Furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to remove existing roofing and
replace with 130 mph architectural shingles of the same color as the current roof on
both the Headquarters as well as the Maintenance Building. Also, remove and
replace the insulation in the maintenance building.
Troop I Headquarters (Main Building):
o Remove and replace one hundred ninety-eight (198) square feet of architectural shingles,
to match the existing color
o Remove and replace one hundred ninety-eight (198) square feet of thirty (30) pound felt.
o Remove and replace six hundred sixty-three (663) linear feet of ridge caps.
o Remove and replace five hundred ninety-five linear feet of drip edges.
o Remove and replace four (4) eighteen (18) inch gravity roof ventilators.
o Remove and replace two hundred eighty-nine (289) linear feet of valley "W" flashing.
o Remove and replace five (5) pipe jacks.
Troop I Maintenance Building (Garage):
o Remove and replace ninety-seven (97) square feet of architectural shingles, to match the
existing color
o Remove and replace ninety-seven (97) square feet of thirty (30) pound felt.
o Remove and replace one hundred ten (110) linear feet of ridge vent.
o Remove and replace two hundred twenty (220) linear feet of drip edges.
o Remove and replace two (2) eighteen (18) inch gravity roof ventilators.
o Remove and replace one (1) exhaust cap - through roof - up to four (4) inch.
o Remove and replace four (4) pipe jacks.
o Remove and replace eight hundred sixty (860) square feet of six (6) inch vinyl faced
laminated insulation
