The purpose of this Estimate is to meet needs for construction work to be carried out on demand. A bank of entrepreneurs will be selected to meet the needs of the PUBLIC BODY. A.02 Context
In order to be efficient in the staffing of works, the PUBLIC BODY requests bids from general contractors to provide the labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the execution of construction works. . Allocation will be made according to the supplier who submitted the lowest price. Bidders must submit an hourly rate per trade. The price schedule will calculate the total for auction, according to the average of the hourly rates submitted (see clause C.02). If the selected company cannot respond to a request, the PUBLIC BODY will call on the next available tenderer, according to the respective rank following the award (see clause E.01). THE PUBLIC BODY wishes to receive service offers to establish an hourly rate contract in the trades and under the following conditionses : Trade body Bricklayer / mason Tiler Electrician Daily (laborer) Carpenter House painter Plumber Interior system installer Seal puller Resources must have their cards for work in asbestos conditions, at no additional cost. The PUBLIC BODY can provide, if it so desires, the materials necessary for the execution of the project (s) or ask the contractor to provide it with the materials. The number of hours per trade cannot be estimated precisely since this call for tenders has been prepared to meet urgent, one-off and unplanned needs.
