A bank of entrepreneurs will be selected to meet the needs of the PUBLIC BODY. A.02 Context In order to be efficient in the staffing of works, the PUBLIC BODY requests bids from general contractors to provide the labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the execution of construction works. . Allocation will be made according to the supplier who submitted the lowest price. Bidders must submit an hourly rate per trade. The price schedule will calculate the total for auction, according to the average of the hourly rates submitted (see clause C.02). If the selected company cannot respond to a request, the PUBLIC BODY will call on the next available tenderer, according to the respective rank following the award (see clause E.01).
