Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,886-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of the St. Vital Park Garage and Staff House Building at 190 River Road, a 361 square meter (3886 square feet) City of Winnipeg owned facility featuring an approximate 189 square meter (2035 square feet) shop/equipment space, and 172 square meters (1851 square feet) of administration space. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Construction of new shop and administration areas, including structural, mechanical and electrical components as per drawings and specifications. (b) Supply and installation of exterior site work as per drawings and specifications. (c) Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical components as per drawings and specifications. The funds available for the work are Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000). Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
