Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Warren, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Warren County School District (hereinafter WCSD) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the project known as the WAHS Campus Sewer Rehabilitation Project, WCSD #2102. The project includes sanitary sewer line replacement by both open cut and directional drilling, cured-in-place lining of sewers, new manholes and manhole repairs. All bids should be sent to: Warren County School District, Attn: Mr. David Undercoffer, 6820 Market Street, Russell, PA 16345. The Warren County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This proposal is submitted with the understanding that the Contract shall be completed on or before May 15, 2022, PERFORMANCE BOND 100% PAYMENT/LABOR AND MATERIALS BOND 100% MAINTENANCE BOND 10% Bid Guaranty Five Percent (5%) Description of the Work: The proposed work is described generally to include the installation of approximately 215 feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer; installation of approximately 300 feet of directional drilled 8-inch HDPE gravity' sanitary' sewer; approximately 30 feet of 8-inch ductile iron gravity' sanitary' sewer; spot repair replacement of approximately 30 feet of existing 8-inch gravity' sanitary sewer; curedin-place pipe lining of approximately 1,148 feet of 8-inch gravity' sanitary' sewer; installation of four new manholes; and repair and/or modifications at a number of existing manholes.
