The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas, Department of Public Works is accepting competitive proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships and corporations for the purpose of the unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, KS (UG) desires to enter into an engineering programming services of a community based partnership for the stormwater utility. Our city/county government provides services to a population of about 150,000 and overs approximately 50 watersheds. The pilot partnership will be focused on the five (5) watersheds and projects within the Water Infrastructure Finance Innovation Act (WIFIA) application that has been accepted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Vendors providing such services must meet the requirements, as specified herein. Solicitations from qualified minority, and women owned businesses, firms and individuals are encouraged by the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas.
