This landmark facility will bring improved community services to the public though a modern, efficient, environmentally, and socially responsible and durable facility. The new complex also includes Silver Harbour, a 1,920 m2 new Senior’s Activity Centre located at 2335 St Georges Ave to be delivered at the same time as the Harry Jerome Community Recreational Centre. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
