Renovation of a mixed-use development in Costa Mesa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The Newport Mesa USD is currently soliciting proposals from contractors qualified to perform the replacement of the Blackbox staging at the Costa Mesa High School theater. Project scope is as follows, additional information is available in the attached plans; Install new dance floor at CMHS, approx.1600 sq/ft per plan. Contractor to install salvaged plywood (on site). Install new sleepers, insulation, moisture barrier, pads, hardboard, thresholds and base. Provide unit price for plywood, assume allowance of 30% plywood sheets will need to be replaced (credit for unused portion of allowance). Allowance and unit price must include all labor and materials.
