The Lawrence Township Board of Education is requesting bid proposals for the items or projects listed below. Sealed bids will be received until the opening date and time specified, at which time bids will be opened, read aloud and recorded for presentation to the Board. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the address stated herein later than the due date and time. Bids MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR BID BOND PAYABLE TO THE LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR NOT LESS THAN 10% OF THE BID AMOUNT, NOT TO EXCEED $20,000. Bidders are required to comply with requirements . Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate and a Political Contributions Disclosure form. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11 as applicable. Contractors must also be DPMC prequalified in the appropriate classification. Clean up includes all debris, paint or any material used by the contractor to "restore" the work location back to a clean environment. The Board of Education's Maintenance Supervisor must approve all chemicals used for painting preparation. Sherwin Williams paints and primers are to be used. The LTBOE WILL provide paint. Epoxy paint listed is Sherwin Williams acrylic Epoxy paint. Exterior paint to be Sherwin Williams Exterior Superpaint (Satin). Contractor is responsible to inform the LTBOE of quantities for each job location
