The City of Port St. Lucie is soliciting competitive bids from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities for the construction of SPORTSMAN'S Park Maintenance and Storage Building Project. The City of Port St Lucie is seeking the professional services of a firm with extensive construction experience with the construction of community parks and related facilities. The project is located at: 186 NW Irving Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, SPORTSMAN'S Park Maintenance Building. The Bid is to include ALL labor, supervision, surveying, testing, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, permits, transportation, utilities, and other incidental items required to complete the SPORTSMAN'S Park Maintenance and Storage Building project. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following items : o Pre-Construction Video of the existing park o Installation and maintenance of erosion control o Minor vegetation removal o Demolition of existing Asphalt o Fence storage area o New Dumpster Enclosure o New Maintenance Building o Asphalt Repairs o Grading, Sod and Irrigation repairs (as required), along with required tum-over documents warranties and As-Built Drawings. 26000685 Terracon Project No. HB215008
