Submitted Proposals shall include the completed signed Bid Form (along with the Security & Immigration Compliance Form) and the Bid Bond. Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid is required and must be submitted with the bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security. No personal checks, cashiers checks, certified checks or cash will be accepted in lieu of the bid bond. Performance and payment bonds amounting to 100 percent of the contract sum will be required. All bonds shall be written by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, listed on the Federal Register and acceptable to the owner. Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. The Communication System shall provide distribution of intercom overhead paging, emergency paging, class change time tones, emergency tones and program material. o The Contractor shall furnish and install all equipment including, but not limited to, wiring, speakers, necessary wall plates, specialty boxes etc. not provided by others and all other necessary equipment to provide a complete operating solution as indicated in the proposal and contract documents All questions requiring clarifications by Addendum must be submitted to Mr. Albert Zielke at albert.zielke@bartow.k12.ga no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
