Reference number : 1548598 Review Title : Supply of granular materials and abrasives (sodium free) Electronic submission accepted: No Supply of granular materials and abrasives (sodium free) Call for interest The granular materials supply strategy envisaged by the Department for the 2022 season aims to supply each of the administrative regions of Quebec with granular materials through a standing contract with several suppliers. Through this call for interest process, the Department wishes to collect information on active sources of granular materials and abrasives (sodium-free) currently available in the province of Quebec. More specifically, the Department wishes to obtain up-to-date contact information for suppliers of quarries, gravel pits and sand pits active in Quebec, in order to promote communication with the community and thus contribute to the development of its strategy. This call for interest does not constitute a call for tenders on a competitive basis. The Department intends to ensure that potential bidders contribute constructively to the development and improvement of the project. He wishes to promote exchanges with them so as to gather as much information as possible with a view to preparing any calls for tenders, which will follow the administrative standards applicable to the Ministry . All communications, questions or requests relating to RFI documents by suppliers must be submitted by email to the Departmental Representative at least 48 hours before the time and date set for receipt of responses.
