Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coronado, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
** As of January 07, 2022 project has not been awarded yet. * The City of Coronado invites sealed bids for the Ocean Boulevard Street and Sidewalk Improvement project. This project consists of removing and replacing the existing sidewalk with a wider concrete sidewalk on Ocean Boulevard from Ocean Drive to R. H. Dana Place, street light relocations and rewiring, new curb ramps and curb bulb-outs, street furniture, roadway asphalt concrete overlay and rehabilitation, traffic signage and striping, and augments to the existing rock revetment. The City is expecting this project to be completed by May 27, 2022. Award of the contract will occur in midJanuary 2022. Bid Security in the amount often percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid shall accompany the Bid. The successful bidder will be required to possess a current State of California Class A General Engineering License at the time the Contract is awarded. Contractors and subcontractors must also be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations per Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a).
