Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; library; and library.
The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the aluminum pivot windows on the North and South sides of the building; installing sealants at joints on the elevator lobby curtain wall aluminum frames; resealing the joints for the precast concrete window frames on the North and South sides of the building; replacing the storm water drain piping from the roof drains in the 6th Floor ceiling; abating existing ACM sealant and resealing of the exterior of the Men's Restroom windows on the North-East side of the building; repainting the building exterior and selected interior spaces; miscellaneous repairs; all as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is 4:00 p.m. (HST) on December 14, 2021. All clarification requests shall be submitted Electronically Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Gregory Tanaka via E-mail at tanakagk@hawaii.edu, no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on December 14, 2021.
