The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A. Extent of Work: Removal and demolition of selected items from selected areas of the building as indicated on the Drawings; items to be removed include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Existing motorized projector screen to be removed. 2. Existing projector in the light/sound booth to be removed. Remove associated wire, retain conduits to be reused. 3. Disconnect & remove existing dimmer rack, retain conduit and feeder for dimmer, to be reused. 4. Remove existing spot lights on stage & on side walls of auditorium. 5. Remove existing stage border lights. 6. Remove existing stage light control units. 7. Remove existing intercom system from Auditorium. 8. Remove all power outlets, Audio Input & microphone outlets inside the floor mounted boxes. 9. Remove all existing recessed ceiling down lights in auditorium & vestibules. 10. Remove linear fluorescent lamps & associated ballast on auditorium ceiling and wall coves. Retain conduits and wires. 11. Remove existing house light controls and stage lighting control board. Recycling and disposal of non-hazardous waste shall be performed in accordance with Section S01524 - Construction Waste Management.
