Replace framing, substrate, sheathing, insulation, moisture barrier and finish material, etc., as required. Repair existing lintels or replace, as required. Provide water/damp proofing, flashing, drainage, and sealant, etc. per industry standards, state and local building codes and regulations, as required. Finish disturbed surfaces to match existing adjacent finishes. Repair any construction damage to site, utilities, landscaping, finishes along construction route, etc. Test and assure proper operation of associated HVAC equipment or other disturbed utilities.
