Written responses to questions released by: 1/18/2022 4:30 p.m. The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform removal and installation of a new roof system at the Hawthorne DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement. Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform removal and installation of a new roof system at the Hawthorne DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement The anticipated term for this Agreement is thirty (30) calendar days within the term of February 1, 2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through June 30, 2023. Written questions regarding IFB are due by:12/28/2021 4:30 p.m. The DMV shall email, fax, or mail bidding contractors a written notice of contract award. Per Public Contract Code Section 7103, the awarded contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to one-hundred-percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the contract if the awarded contractor's total bid amount exceeds $25,000.00.
