The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) acting on behalf of New York City and in partnership with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (NYCDPR), is seeking a consultant or consultant team for construction management and other consultant services for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and improvement of sections of the Bobby Wagner Walk between East 94th and East 107th Streets and between East 117th and East 124th Streets; and the demolition and reconstruction of the 107th Street Pier. NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
