No.: 8380FES, 8380MES, 8380RES, and 8380RHS Roof Replacement at Franklin Elementary School and Roosevelt Elementary School Roof Replacement, Built-in Gutter & Chimney Repairs at Madison Elementary School Roof Edge Repairs at Rahway High School At Franklin Elementary School, the scope of work for this project is roof replacement on the 1922 Original Building. This scope includes, but is not limited to, the removal of all insulation, membranes & flashings, and metal trim & coping caps, replacement of all drains, and raising existing mechanical equipment to accommodate new insulation heights. At Madison Elementary School the scope of work for this project includes a full replacement of the roof system on the select portions of the 1954 Original Building. The 1954 Building includes 2 different roofing systems, which are to be replaced: an asphalt shingle roof and low slope roof. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of insulation, membranes & flashings, asphalt shingles, metal trim & coping caps, replacement of all drains, and raising existing mechanical equipment to accommodate new insulation heights. At Roosevelt Elementary School the scope of work for this project includes a full roof replacement on the 1958 Original Building. This scope includes, but is not limited to, the removal of all insulation, membranes & flashings, and metal trim & coping caps, and raising existing mechanical equipment to accommodate new insulation heights. At Rahway High School the scope of work for this project includes a roof edge repair at the 2011 addition, parking lot side. Repairs include, but are not limited to, the removal and reinstallation of the roof edge and associated fascia extenders, which are currently not properly secured to the building perimeter.
