Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montesano, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The improvements for which bids will be received is described below: Schedule A: Project consists of roadway improvements for 550 linear feet along E Wynooche Ave and matching intersecting streets in Montesano, Washington. These improvements include roadway excavation; removal of existing storm utilities, catch basin and storm drain piping installations; installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps; full depth pavement reclamation; HMA Pavement; signing; and striping. Schedule B: Installation of approximately 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch C900 PVC water main; 2 fire hydrants; water services; valves; fittings; appurtenances; and abandonment or removal of existing water utilities. An award of contract is anticipated to be made within 30 days of bid opening.
