The Bid Bond may be retained by the City of Cole Camp, MO, as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file an acceptable Performance Bond and Payment Bond within fifteen (15) days after the award of the Contract. Bidders on this Work will be required to comply with the Copeland (Anti-Kickback) Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, as indicated in the Contract Documents. The award of Contracts on this project shall be predicated upon competitive bidding, with award being made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Said lowest Bidders shall be determined for each Contract by summarizing the applicable low base bids.
