Renovation of a library in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
Upgrades and improvement to Rosemont Library. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the air conditioning units and addition of a ventilation system. TIMELINE: The project is in a preliminary stage and was included in the Borough 2024-2033 ten-year capital expenditure program. According to the owner's scheduling implementation of the project will not proceed during next three-four years. The project will be followed if/when it proceeds to a planning stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
