A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. 2MNEXT Project No.: 21G3006 Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Forest Park Georgia from prospective contractors for the Citys Gillem Public Safety Building project. The project will require total site development including clearing, site demolition of existing paving, and remnants of previous development, sanitary, storm and water, coordination of gas and electrical utilities, asphalt & concrete paving, curbs, striping, wheel stops, site signs, sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation, fencing and gates, including security gate with access control, building concrete (footings, slab on grade & related items, structural precast concrete walls and double t roof panels, structural and miscellaneous steel, cold formed steel framing, rough carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, cabinetry, solid surface countertops, and quartz countertops, sheet metal flashing and trim, insulation, under slab vapor barrier, air and water barrier, composite metal panels, metal soffits, TPO roofing, roof specialties and accessories, firestopping and joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, finish hardware, sectional overhead doors, four fold doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, tile, acoustical ceiling systems, resilient flooring, base and carpeting, paint, and wall covering, interior and exterior signage, corner guards toilet accessories, fire extinguishers and cabinets, metal shelving, wire shelving, pre engineered canopies flagpoles, louvers, furniture (furniture list or spec not currently published), manual and motorized window shades (Legrand BOD), Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Emergency Generator and automatic transfer switch, lightning protection, telecommunications systems cabling and distribution equipment, audio visual systems, access control - duress door monitoring, visual surveillance system, fire alarm system. Note: Forest Park has set a goal of 25% participation as part of their local and small business diversity program. ALTERNATES: ALTERNATE #1, Overhead Sectional Doors in lieu of Four-Fold doors at apparatus bay. ALTERNATE #2, Omit Plymovent Exhaust Extraction System. ALTERNATE #3, Omit all site lighting ALTERNATE #4, Omit all FF&E and Food Service Equipment ALTERNATE #5, Utilize fiber cement cladding system in lieu of composite metal panel system. ALTERNATE #6, Omit Stainless Steel Corner Guards ALTERNATE #7, Omit Lightning Protection System.
