Without being limiting, the work is summarized as follows for each pond: Sludge pumping; Dehydration; Sludge transport; Disposition; Restoration of the premises. As well as all related work necessary for the completion of this contract. DOCUMENTS The plans and specifications as well as the tender form may be obtained from December 2, 2021 through the electronic tendering system. Guarantee required : A certified check or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount at least equal to 10% of the total amount (including taxes) of the bid. The tender guarantee must be valid for ninety (90) days. Each tender must also be accompanied by a letter of commitment from an insurance company certifying that the required bonds will be granted to the tenderer in the event that the latter is chosen to perform the work. The contracting authority does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, without having to justify its decision and without incurring any damage of any kind.
