The City of Perry (Owner) is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk services as the Construction Management at Risk firm (CM/GC) for a project known as New City Hall - Phase 1 located at 801 Main Street in Downtown Perry, Georgia (Project). The project is best described as the adaptive reuse of an existing governmental building for the provision of public services. The RFP, for this solicitation, is asking the marketplace for its best effort in seeking a best value solution to our requirements for the above-mentioned services. The Owner intends to engage the CM/GC firm, contingent upon project funding, for the PreConstruction and Construction Phases of the project in order to meet an aggressive construction schedule and to construct the project within a fixed budget. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $2,079,097. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
