Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The work contemplated by the Contract Documents includes the Work of all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary and incidental to the Work indicated. The work of this contract includes selective demolition and renovations of existing construction. The work required by the Contract Documents includes the Work of all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary and incidental to the Work indicated. The following descriptions of the Work represent a brief summary of the Project. For additional and more complete information refer to the Project Manual and Drawings. The Drawings indicate and show limits of construction for this Project. The Drawings and Project Manual are complementary to each other and both shall be followed to complete the Work. The intent is to provide sound, leak free, and weathertight buildings. At project completion, Contractor shall provide a written guarantee that covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from date of acceptance, and the specified roofing and skylight manufacturer's warranties. The general scope of the construction work is as follows: LOCATION Station No. 6 - 540/560 West Street Carpentry Provide new wood blocking, repair deteriorated wood roof decks, enclose abandoned openings and related work. Roofing Remove and replace all existing bituminous roofing, insulation substrates and EPDM roofing - both adhered and stone ballasted, down to the top surface of the wood roof decks. Install new R=30 rigid insulation mechanically fastened to the wood roof decks. Adhere 60 mil EPDM over all insulation. Install copper and aluminum edge metal flashings and associated work Plumbing Clear all roof drain lines and replace all roof drains at Station 6
