BGIS is soliciting quotations to provide General Trades Services for our client that will provide greater efficiency and minimize risk resulting in enhanced value to our clients. Statement of Work: 1. Remove existing deteriorated netting for approx. 6900 lights at the Winnipeg Tax Centre 2. Install new UV netting (netting and specialty grommit clips will be supplied by BGIS) 3. Cover and cleanup desks and work space so as not to interfere with tenant operations. This is for the replacement of all netting in the entire building so basically any employee occupied workplaces/stations. Common areas/hallways and cafeteria do not have any netting. Last time this was done, we advised CRA of the areas in advance and they worked around tenant desks by installing scaffolding which was removed each night 4. Scaffolding will need to be set up/taken down nightly. 5. Work to be done between 11pm and 7am. 6. Work is to be completed by March 15, 2022.
