Renovation of an educational facility in Central Falls, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
With this Bid, the Owner is requesting proposals to provide a turnkey project to: 1. Replace every existing lighting fixture and provide lighting controls as listed in Attachment A- Fixture Schedule and Attachment B - Installation Schedule 2. Provide all necessary supervision, installation personnel, equipment and materials to complete the work in a professional and timely manner as defined in Attachment A - Fixture Schedule, Attachment B - Installation Schedule and Attachment C - Supplemental Conditions. 3. Provide a 1-year warranty for all parts and labor associated with the project. 4.
