TRC Project No. 409624.0000 Willow Street Watts Street Central Avenue Utility, Road and Traffic Improvements The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item A. Maintenance of existing sewer flow for all applicable operations throughout the entire contract, including warranty testing. B. Repair approximately 80 feet of sanitary sewer via open cut excavation. C. Installation of cement lined ductile water main including approximately 50 feet of 16-inch diameter water main, 350 feet of 12-inch diameter water main, 40-feet of 8-inch water main, and 160 feet of 4-inch/6-inch diameter water main. Work includes the installation of new gate valves, water services, fire hydrant, appurtenances, and tie in connections to existing 16-inch water main. D. Install new water services on Watts St. to the 8-inch water main including tapping sleeves and valves. Also, abandon the existing 6-inch water main once new services are complete. E. Open-cut installation of new 12-inch and 18-inch PVC storm drain, new 30-inch RC pipe storm drain, and catch basins and manholes, as identified in the construction drawings. F. Connections of new storm drain pipe to existing storm drain manholes. G. Plugging and abandoning of old storm drain pipe, manholes, and catch basins. H. The CCTV inspection of all sewer mains repaired or replaced, and new storm drains installed, as shown on the plans. I. New roadway pavement including reclaimed base course and new HMA surface pavement. Reset existing granite curbing. New HMA and cement concrete sidewalks. J. New traffic signal - Central Ave. at Willow St. K. Proposed landscape improvements consisting of new street trees. L. Maintain Red Line drawings showing approximate location and direction of all repair work performed on existing mains and/or laterals. M. As an Additive Bid with a scope of work to install drainage improvements in Central Avenue from Station 8+74 to Eastern Avenue. This work includes 10-inch and 18-inch PVC storm drain, new 30-inch RC pipe storm drain, new 1-foot by 5-foot box culvert and manholes as identified in the construction drawing
