As of January 17, 2022, a designer has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Roma is submitting an application to the TDHCA-CRP for the construction of a new multi-purpose public facility to serve as a shelter and goods distribution center. Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified architect or architectural firm, registered to practice in the State of Texas to administer the contract, prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals, engineers or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. All Engineering/Architectural/Surveyor firms or individuals must be enrolled in SAM.gov and shall have a DUNS number. The City of Roma is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
