The Town of Burnside is accepting bids for the Town of Burnside Shop - Office Area Reroof, located at W24152 Starwood Lane, Independence, Wisconsin Bids are for the following work scope items: 1. Furnish and install roof system with a minimum R-value of 25 on entire office area. 2. Furnish and install all required flashing, caulking, screws, glues and nails, backing board, etc. for a complete install. 3. Furnish and install new 90% +high efficiency forced air furnace for the office area with an option to include air conditioning. Outside of envelope shall be marked: "Sealed Bid - Town of Burnside Shop Building Insulation / Reroof". Bids are to include all labor, materials, equipment and all else necessary for completion of construction project. Successful bidder may be required to provide a performance guarantee in the form of a 100% Performance and Payment Bond, alternate pricing noted on bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Owner.
