Renovation of a residential development in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of Middles borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the Housing Authority of Middles borough. Housing Authority of Middlesborough - Kitchen Cabinet Replacement All work in or on apartments (residential units) shall be performed continuously, beginning with the lowest apartment number and proceeding in sequence continuous around the site. The contractor(s) shall be limited access to five (5) apartments total at either site at any time. No work shall be permitted to proceed in additional apartments until all work has been completed. Upon completion, the contractor(s) will be permitted access to an equal number of replacements for the quantity determined to be complete. Contractors shall schedule their work accordingly. Each General Contractor shall submit a complete schedule of construction activities, material deliveries and sequencing of work for approval by the Architect, prior to starting any work on site. The schedule shall be provided in the form of a bar diagram.
