The selection of the Construction Manager will be made in accordance with Rule 60D-5, F.A.C. The selected Construction Manager must demonstrate they can bring multiple qualified and competitive subcontractors to all related construction trades for successful project delivery. The Construction Manager must be capable of supplying workers meeting the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Criminal History, Level 2 Background Checks. The selection of subcontractors will be made in accordance with Rule 60D-5, F.A.C. Current funding is approximately $50,000,000.00 with additional funding contingent upon future appropriation by the State of Florida Legislature. Any questions from prospective firms concerning the RFQ shall be submitted in writing, identifying the submitter, to the Construction Procurement Liaison by email at REDMProcurement@dms.fl.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. December 14, 2021.
