Renovation and addition to a service station / car wash facility in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a service station / car wash facility; and for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
"Base Bid" general construction of the Core Maintenance Facility Addition to the existing START Bus Facility and associated work; including an elevator in the current lobby; a precast Solar/Electrical building and appurtenances; and related Site Work at locations as indicated on Drawings Sheet C103 of the Construction Documents; work also includes construction of underground fueling subsystems to support the Vehicle Fueling Facility. "Add Alternate 1" generally includes construction of Bus Storage addition to the existing START Bus Storage Facility and associated work. "Add Alternate 2" generally includes construction of the above ground fueling subsystems to complete and make operational the Vehicle Fueling Facility constructed in the Base Bid. The Owner's objective is to complete the Project on time and within budget, while maintaining the community's commitment to quality, efficiency, value, innovation, sustainability, and responsiveness to community needs.
