The purpose of this invitation is for a one-time purchase of a complete precast reinforced concrete box culvert, 20' W (span) x 4' H (rise) x 276' long, including joint seals, for District 4 The contract duration shall be for eleven (11) months from the date of award. The net unit bid price includes delivery charges, Free on Board (F.O.B.). Culvert sections must be available for delivery by July 1, 2022, with others (Contractor) and ODOT (City of Green) to determine the specific date of delivery for each section. It is estimated that all box culvert work will be completed in ten (10) working days (weather pending) with approximately eight (8) culvert sections placed per day. Additionally, it is anticipated that all culvert work will occur prior to September 31st, 2022. All deliveries will be made to SR 241 at the intersection of Franks Parkway, in the City of Green. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bid responses, award partial contracts, or choose to rebid
