Reference number : 1548714 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-12-27 Electronic submission accepted: No MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-ELOI WORK MONITORING COLLECTION, SANITATION OF WASTEWATER AND REPAIR OF ROADS The Municipality of Saint-Eloi is asking for professional services for the supervision of collection, wastewater treatment and repair work on the Main and Station roads. The project basically consists of : install domestic and storm sewer pipes for approximately 1,765 meters and 1,595 meters respectively; rebuild the Main road and the Station road for about 1,560 meters; construct a 5 L / s lift station and a "recirculating intermittent granular filter" type wastewater treatment plant; carry out all other related work. This work is carried out under a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Transport (MTQ) and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH). Only bids submitted by suppliers having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the Municipality will be considered. The Municipality does not incur any responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the call for tenders system are incomplete or contain errors or omissions. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before submitting their tender, that they obtain all the documents relating to this call for tenders. The Municipality of Saint-Eloi does not undertake to accept either the best or any of the service offers received. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
