The bids are for a single Prime Contract for a removal of the existing HVAC equipment and installation of a new VRF mechanical system and fire sprinkler system. The estimated construction cost for the Project is $ 5.3 million. 2021.067 A Public Hearing will be conducted at a meeting to be held at the PCSD High School Library, 212 E. University Street, Pella, IA 50219 at 5:00 PM, on the 22nd day of December, 2021, at which time and place any person may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and the estimated cost of said project. The Pella Community School District will review bids, recommendations and award contract at the PCSD High School Library, 212 E. University Street, Pella, IA 50219 during it's Regular Board meeting at 4:30 p.m., on the 10th day of January, 2022. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contract or Notice to Proceed, on or about January 11, 2022, and be substantially complete by August 19, 2022 and work completed by September 19, 2022, constructed in one phase as shown on the Contract Documents.
