Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete per-formance of this project as follows: Improving the traffic island and surrounding lane by removing the existing concrete slip lane, curb, trees and street lights, installing new concrete walks and parking lane, steel bandshell, raised concrete stage and planting area, shade sails, site furnishings, new pedestrian lighting, seeding, sod, and landscaping all in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the bid and contract documents for the Project. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who nas failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) or fewer days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, so as to allow CD to review bids before announcing award of a contract. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, li-censes, permits, power and related requirements for the complete per- formance of the contract work. CD reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. CD also re- serves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
